U.S. Dollar Libor Settlement

The Long Form Notice inadvertently identified Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (“Citizens”) and Unionbancal Corporation (“Unionbancal”) as Non-Defendant OTC Financial Institutions (see Question 14). Because those two entities are subsidiaries of Non-Settling Defendants, U.S. Dollar LIBOR-Based Instruments purchased from Citizens and Unionbancal (and their subsidiaries and affiliates) qualify for inclusion in this Settlement, claims related to those instruments are released by this Settlement, and you may file claims in this Settlement based on those instruments. The deadline for filing a Proof of Claim for transactions with Citizens and/or Unionbancal is extended to January 2, 2018. If your only claims relate to transactions with Citizens and/or Unionbancal, the deadline to opt out of this Settlement is extended to January 2, 2018. If you have questions, please seek clarification from Class Counsel or the Claims Administrator.
